At the NCACIA, we believe that Elite status should never be freely given – it must always be earned. This membership level cannot be purchased; it can only be attained through a unanimous vote of our Board of Directors for outstanding achievement in child protection work or research or through the completion of all of our Crimes Against Children Major Crimes Detective courses within a 6-year period.
